Ah socks and the talents of friends!

The Sock it to Me class last night got off to a rolicking start and everybody left thrilled with the teaching of Ms Yarn a-go-go herself. It will be very exciting to see the results in a few weeks---and of course I will have pics to show you.

On Thursday evening at 7:30 pm I highly recommend that you get yourself over to the bookstore Mrs Dalloways for a reading by my friend Steve Davenport. Steve has written a terrific novel called Saving Miss Oliver's which will keep you entranced for hours. If you can't make the reading, buy the book. It is a great read. And remember that you do occasionally need to do something else besides knitting!
