The very first knit-one-one holiday craft fair

Here's how the idea got started.

In September we had a k11 teachers' meeting. And KnitSonya suggested having a craft sale of some kind. At the time I thought it was a great idea but then my birthday hoopla happened and the notion just flew out of my brain. It resurfaced a few weeks ago. Mmm..... I thought to myself ....I wonder if it is too late. I sent a missive to the k11 t's to see what they thought and Kira K, KnitSonya, and Woolywumpus jumped on the idea. It was their enthusiasm that put the wind at my back so to speak. Then other wonderful crafters started to emerge, Woolywumpus created the fabulous flyer above, and lo and behold here we are. ---Monica with eye pillows filled with soothing aromatic herbs
