CHERYL’S FETCHING FINGERLESS GLOVES

Have you ever gazed longingly at all those yummy patterns out there using cables and sighed saying to yourself, “Oh I wish I could cable”. Well, sigh no more because a grand solution is on the way in the form of these wonderfully fetching fingerless gloves.

They are the perfect project in just about every way. You learn how to cable while at the same time producing exquisite gloves that are perfect for you and everyone on your gift list. Now I love making hats myself, but I guarantee you that these gloves will elicit many more ohhs and aaahs than a hat ever would! And they are a quick project too. As I said, perfect.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
This is an advanced beginner class. You should be comfortable casting on/off, knitting and purling. You will learn how to use double pointed needles and how to create cables.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
• 1 Ball (98 yds) of Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Aran ( There is only one yard of yarn left after you have finished the gloves. If you are afraid that you might run out, buy 2 balls just to be sure)
• We are using Cheryl Niamath’s pattern from Knitty.com. We will have copies available for you on the first day of class, or you can download it here.
