Intermediate Spinning: Fiber

Would you like to know more about the different properties of fiber? Are you interested in learning how to spin different fibers? If the answer is yes then this is the class for you.

In this workshop we will spin a variety of fibers that have different characteristics and talk about how to approach them.
We will also have fun blending together various fibers and talk about how to maximize the strengths of each fiber through blends.

This class is appropriate for both drop spindlers and wheel spinners.  You should know how to spin a continuous thread.  Please feel free to bring hand cards or a drum carder if you have them.
