Weekend Art Yarn Spinning Workshop with guest Jacey Boggs of Insubordiknit

Thick and Thin, Twists/Loops, Knots/Sacks, Coils, Racing Striping, Autowrapping, Tornados, Foreign Object 1 (strung), Foreign Objects 2 (trapped), Combinations (using several techniques at once to design and create yarn), Freestyle Spinning

Day 2, Sunday, July 12
Supercoils, Cocoons, Halos, Beehives, Corespinning, Tiny Circles, Foreign Objects 3 (integrated), Foreign Objects 4 (wrapped), Combinations (using several techniques at once to design and create a yarn)

About Jacey Boggs:

Jacey is spinner, knitter, writer, podcaster and the woman behind the one-woman yarn operation, Insubordiknit. She puts a lot of her considerable energy into fostering innovation and improvement in the world of handspinning and enjoys giving workshops in different parts of the country. We are lucky that Berkeley is on her agenda this summer! Jacey has legions of fans and has unleashed many intrepid spinners on the world because of her instructional DVD, Sit and Spin. When not involved in yarny pursuits Jacey gardens, creates, plays and gets crazy with her family on a small grassy knoll in western Missouri.

Jacey is coming to knit-one-one because of Michael W. Jacey expressed interest in coming to California on her blog and Michael was on it. "Contact Sile at knit-one-one", he said. She did. And here she is. We couldnŐt be more pleased.
