Just in time for Valentine’s Day. Chocolate dipped caramels. Yum. Learn how, with expert confectioner, Peggy Vincent. You learn when the caramels have reached the “sweet spot”, what chocolate to use for the covering, how to hand-dip them, how to decorate, and much much more. You go home with 2 boxes of your own.
Fee: $45. Materials fee of $15. payable in class
